  • 1)    Ontario Mission to Tokyo Game Show 2017, Free – Sept. 19-22

Canadian companies interested in supplying to Japanese gaming market are invited to participate to the business development programs planned on the margins of Tokyo Game Show 2017 (September 21-24, 2017). Mission members will attend Global Business Seminar hosted by the Canadian Embassy, JETRO and Japan Computer Game Association (JCGA) and attending B2B meetings with JETRO Global Buyers at the Canadian Embassy. The Ontario Aerospace Council and the Ontario Ministry of International Trade invite you to be part of the Ontario trade mission to ASIS 2017 (https://securityexpo.asisonline.org). ASIS is the world's security trade show attracting more than 22,000 professionals from across all industries and around the globe. The program is open to eight Ontario-based companies. Priority registration for first time participants in an Ontario mission. Benefits include turn-key exhibit space in the Ontario Pavilion (Hall A #507) located near the entrance, databases of local and international contacts and networking activities, and three exhibitor passes per company.   • 3)    Ontario mission to IoT Korea 2017, Participation fee TBD – Oct. 10-13

Korea’s fast growing Internet of Things (IoT) subsector is forecast to grow by almost 40% per year to reach C$19 billion in 2020. Smart homes, Smart Cities and Connected car are the areas that will lead the growth of the IoT subsector in Korea. The Canadian Embassy in South Korea invites interested Ontario companies to join a Canadian Pavilion at IoT Korea 2017 (http://www.iotkorea.or.kr/) in Seoul, the largest IoT-dedicated show in Korea, and to attend B2B meetings set up for them.   • 5)    Ontario Industrial Automation Mission to China, Oct. 18-27, 2017

The Ontario Government, in partnership with the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service, will organize a mission to Greater China Region in October 2017. Ontario companies will participate in outreach programs in Taipei, Tianjin, Chengdu, Wuhan and Quanzhou, where you will explore partnership and cooperation opportunities with companies and organizations in those regions. Market briefings, technical seminars, company visits and on-on-one meetings will be arranged with the support of federal posts and local Chinese partners. If your company is interested in exporting to China, or you’re looking to expand your current Asian market, then this trade mission is a must.   • 6)    Ontario mission to Japan Financial Information Technology Expo 2017, Free October 26-27

Ontario Fintech and Cyber Security companies interested in Japanese finance sector are invited to participate to the mission free of charge.   • 7)    Canadian trade mission to IITSEC, Nov. 27-Dec 1, 2017, Orlando FL   (7spaces left)

The Ontario Aerospace Council and the Ontario Ministry of International Trade invite you to be part of the Canadian trade mission to the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (www.iitsec.org), the world's largest modeling, simulation, and training conference. IITSEC attracts about 14,000 attendees and 500 exhibitors from the computer-based 3D graphics, flight simulators, convoy trainers, SCORM, advanced distributed learning, aerospace, communications, and public safety sectors.

The program, open to 16 companies from Ontario and Atlantic Canada, is organized in cooperation with Atlantic Canada Aerospace & Defence and the Canadian Consulate in Miami. Priority registration for first time participants in an Ontario mission. Benefits include exhibit space in the 20’x50’ Canada pavilion (#1081), databases of U.S. contacts, meetings and more.
