Position Purpose

Assists with leading a team of staff to identify assets and programs that will assist with the attraction and retention of new economic development interests. To promote and encourage private investment and partnerships that will have a direct impact on the local economy. This position will lead the research and development of programs and marketing initiatives necessary to promote Georgina to global markets and play a key role in the development and implementation of the Economic Development and Tourism Action Plan.
