Location
All Conference events take place at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel located at 525 Bay Street, adjacent to Toronto’s major shopping, restaurant and theatre districts.

Room reservations can be made online using the following link. Or book your room directly using the Marriott toll free line at 1-800-905-0667 and referring to EDCO 2010 to receive our group rate. The EDCO conference room rate is available until Friday, January 15, 2010.

Getting There
EDCO has negotiated conference rates with VIA Rail and WestJet for the travel to/from the Conference.

Via Rail

Discount: 10% off best available fare in Economy Class / Business or Sleeper Class. Restrictions: One complimentary stopover is allowed at no additional charge in Comfort Class. For travel on all fare plans in VIA 1 Class only, the first stopover is allowed at no additional charge, provided that this stopover takes place at Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa. Fares apply to a maximum of two passengers only.

West Jet
10% off best available regular fare at time of booking, for travel between January 30th and February 7th, 2010. Not applicable to web and promotional fares. Dress
Business casual is appropriate for all sessions and functions. Black tie optional/business dress for the President’s Dinner.

Registration
Early Bird, Regular, On-site and Special Rate full registration fees include all conference sessions and meals. Single day registrations include sessions that day and lunch ONLY. Additional tickets are available only for the President’s Dinner.
